Joy Wilkie is the Director of Recruiting at Trueline Talent, where she leads the teams, strategy, and operational infrastructure across legal, accounting & finance, construction, and executive search. Since joining Trueline in 2020, she has helped shape the company’s consultative and transparent approach to recruiting, building processes and partnerships designed to create a better experience for both clients and candidates.

Originally from Missouri and now based in Orlando, Florida, Joy brings a background that blends recruiting leadership, workforce development, HR strategy, and labor market analysis. Before launching and leading Trueline Talent’s recruiting division, she led People & Culture initiatives across the organization, partnering with leadership to build scalable hiring, engagement, and performance strategies during a period of significant growth.

Earlier in her career, Joy worked in workforce development and global talent acquisition roles supporting hiring initiatives across North America and Latin America. That experience continues to shape her approach today: combining labor market data, hiring trends, and practical business realities to help clients navigate challenging searches and make smarter long-term hiring decisions.

At Trueline, Joy is known for bringing curiosity, collaboration, and practical problem-solving to complex hiring challenges. She works closely with recruiting teams and business leaders to strengthen recruiting operations, improve candidate experience, and support searches in competitive markets across the United States.

Outside of work, Joy can usually be found swimming laps, quilting, or closely following Formula One race weekends.
