Haj Carr is the Partner and CEO of Trueline, a recruiting and marketing firm focused on helping companies build stronger teams and long-term growth strategies. Since founding Trueline in 2010, Haj has led the company’s evolution into a national recruiting and employer branding partner serving clients across legal, finance, technology, manufacturing, and professional services industries.

Under Haj’s leadership, Trueline has developed a reputation for combining recruiting expertise with strategic marketing and employer branding solutions. His approach focuses on helping organizations attract high-quality talent while building sustainable hiring strategies that support long-term business growth.

Prior to Trueline, Haj founded and led several businesses in the media, mortgage, and marketing sectors, gaining extensive experience in business development, operations, and client strategy. His entrepreneurial background continues to shape Trueline’s consultative approach to recruiting and brand positioning.

Haj earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College, where he studied Sociology, Religion, and Economics. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and brings a broad, relationship-driven perspective to leadership and business growth.
