The Problem
Dean's Sweets had an online shop that they had outgrown. They were limited in what they could update in regard to quantities and images and they were only able to offer one method of shipping.
The Solution
We developed a clean, responsive, e-commerce website that enhanced the user experience. We made it easier fro customers to navigate and find specific products. Also, we alleviated some of the owners' pain points by switching to WooCommerce—making it easier to manage inventory, upload new products and promote specific products based on the season or upcoming holidays.

The Results
As the pandemic hit and businesses were forced to close their brick and mortar storefronts, the new website allowed Dean's Sweets to grow their online sales. By pivoting to shipping and curbside pickup, they were able to stay connected to their existing, long-term patrons while expanding their reach to attract new customers.
