Annual TrueLine Publishing Halloween Costume Contest 2015

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Freaks and geeks, werewolves and goblins, a Disney princess and a mermaid, the lion and the tin man, a ninja and an anchorman and many more – here at TrueLine Publishing on Halloween there’s no idea too wacky, too creepy or too bizarre.

We’re an eclectic, creative bunch and our fun, festive spirit truly comes out on this favorite holiday.

Every year our team goes all-out celebrating Halloween, pulling out all the stops. This year – and many years past – every single person in the office has dressed up. Upon troves of candy and pizza, we all gather and celebrate the Halloween in the most adult way possible – well really not at all.

But it’s not all fun and games. The stakes are high in the annual costume contest. The winner of each category – most original, scariest and funniest – takes home a $50 Visa gift card.

This year’s winners left nothing behind…well except for a trail of snail slime throughout the office.

Most Original – Jeanee Dudley “Slug Life”

Jeanee, our managing editor, took home her second most-original getup prize.

Scariest – Forrest Lancaster “The Wolf Man”

Editorial director, Forrest, made us gasp with a half-man, half-rabid animal ensemble.

Funniest – Joe Atwood “Stewie Griffin”

Editorial director, Joe claimed his second funniest award for his take on Stewie Griffin from Family Guy.

A big thank you to our administrative staff for putting it all together and a shout-out to the rest of the TrueLine team for unmatched enthusiasm. Happy Halloween everyone!
